CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULE POLICY

At LNDN you can cancel or reschedule your appointment anytime up to 48 hrs before the start time of the appointment without incurring a fee. We send out text and make a follow up phone call 72 hours before the start time of your appointment to make sure you don’t forget, and to leave you plenty of time to cancel or change your appointment before the cancellation window.

If you wish to cancel or reschedule less than 48 hrs before your appointment, we take 50% of the appointment deposit.

If you cancel or reschedule your appointment less than 24 hours before your appointment, a 100% cancellation charge will be incurred.

If you don’t show up for your appointment, we have no way of trying to fill your spot so you will be charged 100% of the treatment / service cost.

If you can’t attend an appointment due to unforeseen sickness (including COVID) we will require a copy of a medical certificate in order to consider waiving any cancellation fees.


DEPOSITS AND UPFRONT PAYMENTS

For all appointments we take a $100 deposit payment to secure the appointment. This can be completed online via our booking system, or over the phone or in person. The $100 deposit will be deducted from our full service fee upon completion of the service at time of appointment.

All payments are fully refundable if you cancel or reschedule your booking outside of our 48-hour Cancellation and Reschedule Policy, detailed above.
Our cancellation policy exists to protect LNDN and its staff against financial loss, so thank you for respecting it.


A NOTE ON LATENESS


While we understand that things don’t always go to plan and you may run a little behind schedule, please note that any lateness may affect your scheduled time for service and may be delayed. Clients running behind schedule impacts the experience of subsequent guests, therefore we will need to accommodate those clients who are on time as priority. So that our staff can take good care of you and ensure a great experience for all, we ask guests to arrive on time for their appointment.
